Hello,

I just bought rubymotion and evaluate Rubymine. Coming from JEE (sorry...) I would prefer an IDE to develop. SublimeText is not enough. Rubymine would be perfect if autocompletion would run with Rubymotion. When I watch video about rubymotion, it seems true but I always have a popup with "no suggestions".

My licence is expired about rubymine. Is it the reason ? Before to buy it, I need to be sure. It could by my installation and even if I buy it, it could be wrong again...

Thanks !!!!

That's not quite correct. We're using it for our side-projects and during features development/testing. This is second time we've organised event when whole our team spent 100% of work time in RubyMine working on a Rails+RubyMotion project.
Are you missing any features particularly?

Seriously?

No wonder it has so many missing functionality.

Eat your dog food every single day!

I'm really glad to hear that the RubyMine team has sprints where they use their own tool. Even though you've got a great product, it is guaranteed that you will make your product even better if you use it on a regular basis. Often it will be the small things you do (through discovering minor annoyances in using the software on a daily basis) that will have the biggest happiness factor for us.

I know in our work we love the code inspection aspects of RubyMine. If your team ever decides to build additional plugins consider a plugin that extends inspections to include Brakeman,Metric-Fu and Rails-Best-Practices. Brakeman inspections inside RubyMine would add an incredible amount of value.

Keep up the great work!
