When I watch video about rubymotion, it seems true but I always have a popup with "no suggestions". My licence is expired about rubymine. Is it the reason ? Before to buy it, I need to be sure. I just bought rubymotion and evaluate Rubymine. Coming from JEE (sorry…) I would prefer an IDE to develop. SublimeText is not enough. Even though you've got a great product, it is guaranteed that you will make your product even better if you use it on a regular basis. Often it will be the small things you do (through discovering minor annoyances in using the software on a daily basis) that will have the biggest happiness factor for us. I know in our work we love the code inspection aspects of RubyMine. If your team ever decides to build additional plugins consider a plugin that extends inspections to include Brakeman,Metric-Fu and Rails-Best-Practices.
