  1. Lost whole config says:

Upgraded just over a week ago to 6.5, all was well until today when the entire config has been lost. No projects, nothing. Looking at logs at a certain time they just start saying file not found/project not found/user not found/etc.

Nothing was done apart from adding a new agent earlier in the day.

Anyone seen this before, will this version fix it?

Of course I have no backup as this was a early installation seeing what it could do. Backup from version 6 though but says I can’t restore that to 6.5

Lost faith in product and we would have purchased too!

It’s highly unlikely that the reason was TeamCity itself. Could you please send us details (logs, errors) to teamcity-feedback[at]jetbrains.com? Probably we could help you to restore configuration.

I experienced once a similar problem. The reason of the problem was two TeamCity webapps running in a servlet container – I’ve unpacked teamcity war and left the war itself in the webapps directory.

As soon as I made sure that I have only one instance of TeamCity, problem was resolved.
