As of Yesterday, 25th August 2015, we have reports of certain customers having issues accessing their InCloud instances, as well as managing Groups, Users and Projects. We've pinpointed the problem down to a configuration issue and are working on solving it. Currently only US Customers are affected by this. We will provide you with updates as soon as possible.
