New in 11: Diff Tool for Binary Files

How can I diff files of generic (unknown) binary file type?

(Actually in my case I want to diff binary files of type .p12 key/certificate, but I suppose they are not supported by any IntelliJ plugin, so I want at least a generic hex diff. Is that possible?)
