The IntelliJ IDEA 2022.2 Release Candidate is now available! 

Download the latest build from our website, via the Toolbox App, upgrade to it from inside the IDE, or use snaps for Ubuntu.

The major release for v2022.2 is almost here, meaning that the Early Access Program is coming to a close. We’d like to thank you for taking part in evaluating the new features and sharing your feedback with us. Your involvement with the EAP is highly valuable and important, as it helps us make IntelliJ IDEA a better product to work with.

To use this build, you need to have an active subscription to IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate.

We’ve covered the most notable and expected features and improvements in our EAP blog posts, so browse this section for details about the upcoming IDE updates.
