New Livestream: How to !create a Plugin for JetBrains IDEs

Updated on October 18, 2024.

On October 17, 2024, we hosted our IntelliJ IDEA Livestream episode, where we discussed whether you always need to create a new plugin with Jakub Chrzanowski.

Session abstract

We all aim to deliver – be it through writing new code, fixing bugs, testing, or documenting – ideally within our preferred IDE. When something you need is missing, you’ll likely search for a plugin to get the job done, or maybe even try to create one yourself. But… should you?

In this talk, I will highlight key IDE features that solve everyday problems and show how to share them with your team to overcome challenges efficiently.

Asking questions

Jakub will try to answer all your questions during the session. If we run out of time, we’ll publish answers to any remaining questions in a follow-up blog post.
