JetBrains IDE 製品、.NET ツール、および All Products Pack のサブスクリプションの価格改定

弊社は 7 年前にサブスクリプションを導入して以来、IDE、.NET ツール、および All Products Pack を同じ価格で提供してきました。All Products Pack に関しては、新しい IDE 製品が追加された場合でも追加費用なくご利用いただけるよう、価格を据え置いてきました。 また、継続利用のお客様に対しては、サブスクリプション更新時に最大 40% 割引を提供するというユニークな仕組みでお客様への感謝を還元してまいりました。

しかしながら、昨今の環境変化等の理由から、サブスクリプション価格を改定（値上げ）させていただく事になりました。 新しい価格は、JetBrains の IDE、.NET ツール、dotUltimate、および All Products Pack に対して 2022 年 10 月 1 日より適用されます。 最新の価格は、ウェブサイトの各製品の価格ページまたは JetBrains ストア（法人利用、個人利用）に記載されています。旧価格（2019年発表）はこちらをご覧ください。なお、日本市場向けのその他の製品（チームツール等）の価格改定はこちらの記事をご覧ください。

現在の価格で 1 年以上前払い可能に

新価格適用までの移行措置として、新しいお客様と既存のお客様には、現在の価格での複数年サブスクリプション契約を提供いたします。 購入可能なサブスクリプション期間は、個人サブスクリプションの場合は最大 2 年 または 3 年、法人向けサブスクリプションの場合は最大 2 年となります*。 これには前払いが必要となりますが、1 年以上のサブスクリプションを現在の価格で購入・更新することが可能となります。

値上げを歓迎する方はいらっしゃらないかと思いますが、 サブスクリプション価格を初めて導入したときにお伝えしたように、値上げを最小限に抑えるための努力は今後も続けていく意向です。

今後数週間にわたり、この更新内容についてすべてのお客様にメールでご連絡差し上げます。

今後とも JetBrains をよろしくお願い申し上げます。

*補足

更新の場合、この前払いオファーにより追加されるサブスクリプション期間は、ご注文日から 2 年または 3 年となり、費用は日割りで算出されます。

例：

• 現在のサブスクリプション契約期間は 2023年3月1日 まで
• 契約期間が 2022 年 6 月 30 日 から 2 年となるよう個人向けライセンスを更新

の場合、購入される更新期間は 2023 年 3 月 2 日 （現在のサブスクリプション期間終了の翌日）から 2024 年 6 月 29 日（購入日から 2 年）までとなり、費用は上記期間の日割りで算出されます。JetBrains Account から更新される場合、以下のようにチェックアウトページで詳細をご確認いただけます。

Increased Subscription Pricing for IDEs, .NET Tools, and the All Products Pack

Since the introduction of subscriptions 7 years ago, we have not increased the pricing of our IDEs, .NET Tools, or the All Products Pack. During this time, we have introduced new products that have been included at no extra cost to everyone using the latter. We are also one of the few companies that lowers the cost of subscriptions up to 40% when you renew. It is our way of thanking you for your loyalty.

However, we are at the point where we need to increase our subscription prices. The new prices will affect our IDEs, .NET Tools, dotUltimate, and the All Products Pack, and will come into effect on October 1, 2022. Both new and current prices are listed on the website pricing pages.

Prepay at the current price for more than one year

For both new and existing customers, we are extending the maximum permissible renewal period. This is now three years for individual subscriptions, and two years for business subscriptions. While this will require an upfront payment, it will allow you to renew at the current price for more than one year. 

Important: Please note that the new expiry date of your subscription will count from the day of renewal, and the price will be adjusted to account for any time you may have left on your current subscription. In other words, if you were to renew today for 2 years, but have 3 months left, the renewal price would be lowered to account for those 3 months. However, your subscription would expire in 2 years from now. 

We understand that a price increase is not something any of us like. However, we’ll continue to do our best to minimize these, just like we said when we first introduced subscription pricing.

IDE, .NET 도구 또는 All Products Pack의 가격은 7년 전 구독 정책이 도입된 이후로 인상되지 않았습니다. 이 기간 동안 출시된 신제품은 All Products Pack을 사용하는 모든 분들에게 추가 비용 없이 함께 제공되었습니다. 또한 JetBrains는 갱신 시 구독 비용을 최대 40%까지 할인해 드리는 몇 안 되는 회사 중 하나입니다. 이는 여러분들의 성원에 보답하려는 저희의 방식입니다.

현재 가격으로 2년 이상 선불 결제

저희는 신규 및 기존 고객 모두에게 허용 가능한 최대 기간까지 갱신을 연장하고 있습니다. 개인 구독의 경우 최대 3년, 비즈니스 구독의 경우 최대 2년까지 선불 결제를 하여 현재 가격으로 갱신할 수 있습니다.

단, 갱신하는 날짜를 기준으로 최대 3년(개인 구독) 또는 최대 2년(비즈니스 구독)을 일할계산하여 각 구독의 만료날짜가 설정됩니다. JetBrains Account에서 갱신하는 경우, 체크아웃 페이지에서 정확한 금액을 확인할 수 있습니다. 

가격 인상이 누구에게도 반길만한 일이 아니라는 사실을 잘 알고 있습니다. 그러나 구독 정책을 처음 도입했을 때 말씀드린 것처럼 이러한 인상을 최소화하기 위해 계속해서 최선을 다할 것입니다. 

앞으로 몇 주 동안 모든 고객에게 연락을 취하여 이 소식을 알려 드릴 예정입니다.
