Download it from our <a href=\"https:\/\/confluence.jetbrains.com\/display\/IDEADEV\/IDEA+2018.1+EAP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Confluence<\/a> page, or use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jetbrains.com\/toolbox\/app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ToolBox App<\/a> to update. Note that this EAP build requires an active subscription to IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate.<\/p>\n<p>IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1.3 EAP build brings a load of new bug fixes to the current stable release version.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nFor a start, the IntelliJ IDEA 2018.1.3 EAP build now checks compatibility with the Kotlin plugin when importing settings from the previous IDE version, and if the imported Kotlin plugin version isn\u2019t compatible, then the IDE uses the bundled Kotlin plugin version.<\/p>\n<p>The Run\/Debug configuration drop-down menu can now preview the full name (80 symbols by default) of the selected Run Configuration. If the name exceeds this limit, it will be trimmed down in the middle.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.jetbrains.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/idea-Screen-Shot-2018-04-25-at-19.18.14.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-17636\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-17636\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.jetbrains.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/idea-Screen-Shot-2018-04-25-at-19.18.14.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2018-04-25 at 19.18.14\" width=\"800\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve also improved our Gradle support with this new build:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The build project action doesn\u2019t fail for Gradle projects that use composite builds when the build action is delegated to Gradle: <a href=\"https:\/\/youtrack.jetbrains.com\/issue\/IDEA-190088\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IDEA-190088<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed the navigation (for the test run by Gradle test runner) from the result in the Run\/Debug view to the editor for JUnit5 test: <a href=\"https:\/\/youtrack.jetbrains.com\/issue\/IDEA-190103\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IDEA-190103<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In other news, now you can enable the Support screen readers option ( Preferences \/ Settings | Appearance &amp; Behavior | System Settings ) before the first launch.
