A Joint Bugfix Release for Five Recent MPS Versions Is Out
We’re releasing updates for MPS 2022.2, 2022.3, 2023.2, 2023.3, and 2024.1, with numerous fixes included. In general, it’s safe to assume that all features and bug-fixes from the releases of older MPS versions have been included in the newer ones.
There are two new features worth mentioning separately:
Filter commented out nodes from scopes
Newly included in 2023.2.2 and 2023.3.2
Already part of 2022.3.2 and 2024.1
When relying on default scope calculation, potential target nodes that are commented out are now automatically excluded from the scope.
Logging of migrated nodes when a migration is applied
Newly included in 2023.2.2, 2023.3.2, and 2024.1.1
This feature brings the ability to trace migration changes during automatic migrations. This makes it easier to analyze which migration script caused specific changes to the models.
If an extension to the MigrationListenerEP is provided through an MPS plugin model, it will be able to log the changes during migrations.
