Docker Captains are Welcome Aboard the JetBrains Developer Recognition Program

At JetBrains, we believe that supporting technology experts is key to knowledge exchange, a passion-driven community, and progress. We’re proud to support active Microsoft MVPs, Java Champions, ASPInsiders, and Google Developers Experts with free product licenses. More than 1,300 developers have already received free access to JetBrains tools through the JetBrains Developer Recognition Program (see 2018 Annual Highlights).

We are happy to announce that Docker Captains are now included in the JetBrains Developer Recognition Program.

Starting today, all active Docker Captains can get free access to all of our desktop products including IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate, ReSharper Ultimate, Rider, GoLand, and all our other IDEs. If you are a Docker Captain, we invite you to join the program and apply for your free license.

Containerization with Docker gives developers more independence by moving the configuration into code, and by making dev-prod parity easy to achieve. Like JetBrains, Docker has been working on making the lives of developers easier. We’re excited to support the Docker Captains with the work they do through sharing their technical expertise and strengthening the developer community worldwide.

As long as you can confirm your Docker Captain status, you’re welcome to keep taking advantage of the Developer Recognition Program. To renew your complimentary license for another year, please submit this request form two weeks prior to the license expiration date.
