In our last post, we introduced our talented intern cohort from our AI4SE research partnership with TU Delft. In this post, we're excited to spotlight the next chapter in their journey: their evolution from interns to full-time members of our tech team. These individuals didn't just stand by and observe: they immersed themselves in real projects, tackling complex challenges with technologies at the core of our business.

In a short series of posts, we will tell you about four recent graduates who were part of our AI for Software Engineering (AI4SE) research partnership with Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). Having recently completed their MSc thesis work as interns here at JetBrains, they are now starting full-time positions with us. The first post will introduce you to them and their experiences at JetBrains so far, and the second will go deeper into their experiences and new roles.
