IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1.6 Is Out
We’ve just released IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1.6. We encourage IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1.5 users to update to this version, as it brings an important hotfix.
Update to IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1.6 directly from your IDE. You can then choose to keep using this version or update to IntelliJ IDEA 2024.2 to take advantage of the performance enhancements and new features. Check out this release post for more details.
This hotfix addresses the following issue:
- Updating to the latest version via the IDE no longer results in the Plugin xxx was not installed: Failed to load the plugin descriptor error. [IJPL-159771]
