PhpStorm & WebStorm 2.0 EAP build 103.43

PhpStorm & WebStorm 2.0 EAP build 103.43 is available. As planned we’re now completely focused on bug fixing, usability and performance improvements. The main areas affected in this build are:

  • PHP namespace support got a ton of improvements including namespace aliasing support, on the fly syntax checks, undefined namespace inspection and now properly supported in PHPDOC. There still couple of glitches left but we’ll root them out soon
  • PHP debugger got significant performance improvements and now properly works with PhpUnit on server
  • Batch inspection now will much better handle huge amounts of JavaScript (i.e. full Dojo source) and XML
  • OS X distribution will run in 64-bit mode by default

Plus a lots of other fixes with some highlights in changelog

Please note that ALL of this is work in progress and will undergo series of both technical and cosmetic changes.

Download PhpStorm & WebStorm 2.0 EAP build 103.43 for your platform from project EAP page or wait a bit for a patch-update notification.

Develop with pleasure!

Thank you very much for this new version, Mac OS X is working again.

I’m happy to see some of the namespace bugs fixed, good work!

Can you add “remove previous version” option to Installer? (Just like in Resharper)

  • Costin

Please, fix this issue when coding PHP in HTML templates

    some html here

It highlights endif; as error. When I place a space between ) and : in the if – it works fine and deleting that space doesn’t throw an error again.

Psih, it’s the same with endforeach

I’m very impressed with this update. The debugger in 103.43 is amazingly fast and easy to set up. Nice work!
