WebStorm 10.0.3 EAP, 141.1108: bug fixes

Posted on by Ekaterina Prigara

A preview build for WebStorm 10.0.3 (build 141.1108) is now available for download!

WebStorm 10.0.3 EAP is available as part of the Early access program, though it requires an active license. We would really appreciate your feedback on our issue tracker. Stable update will be available next week.

This update addresses a great number of issues in various IDE subsystems and brings lots of improvements in JavaScript and TypeScript support. The full list of fixed issues is available in the release notes.

We continued working on performance improvements for our custom JDK 1.8 for Mac and we hope that with WebStorm 10.0.3 EAP the performance issue would be solved for those of you who are using experimental WebStorm distibution.

Patch update is available for WebStorm 10.0.2.

Develop with pleasure!

Thank you for fixing git integration, previously I was not able to see history for a file or use ctrl+d to show diff. Now it is fixed.

When are you going to put Remote SSH into Webstorm? I am very frustrated that it is in IDEA and PHPStorm and not in Webstorm… I love Webstorm, IDEA is clunky with the JAVA Modules and PHPStorm seems off compared to WebStorm.

Hi Keith, thanks for your feedback. We haven’t decided yet whether we are going to add the SSH console to WebStorm in the nearest future, but please follow the updates on the issue WEB-9788.

Can the release notes be updated to include the Dart-related fixes that targeted this release, per the issue tracker?

That exact build had no Dart-related fixed. See the release notes for the build 141.1237 for the fixes that ended up in WebStorm 10.0.3.

Scroll become smoother in custom JDK version, but CPU load while scrolling is very high for me. If any additional info needed, feel free to contact via email.
    Thx.

Can you please capture a CPU snapshot for us and report a new issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/WEB
The high CPU usage might be caused not by the JDK. Thank you!
