CLion 2016.1 RC2, build 145.257
Hi,
CLion 2016.1 is about to be released. However we still want to be sure some critical issues are fixed, so we’ve decided to roll out one more Release Candidate build.
CLion 2016.1 RC2, build 145.257 is available now for download by the link. Please note that the patch update is not available from the previous RC build, and to use CLion 2016.1 RC2 you need to have an active license (or start a 30-day evaluation period).
Check out the release notes and, please, let us know about any issue you meet in this build.
If you are interested in all the features coming to CLion 2016.1 find the details on our site.

March 16, 2016Will CPP-6068 and CPP-4902 be fixed in CLion 2016?
Anastasia Kazakova says:
March 16, 2016Most likely they will make their way to the upcoming bug fix updates, however we’ll take a look at the UI freeze now in case we can fix it quickly. Thanks

March 16, 2016Is it possible to use Resharper C++ with Clion license? Sometimes I need to work on code from my Windows laptop while traveling, but I don’t want to switch to mingw, since the rest of the team uses MSVC and already maintains project files for Windows. And obviously I don’t want to buy one more license for such occasional cases.
Anastasia Kazakova says:
March 17, 2016It’s not possible, however if you get the All products license then you can use all our products within one license.
Roman says:
March 17, 2016Ok, than hopefully msvc will be soon supported in Clion. Probably you can collaborate with project Rider, I think they already got MSBuild support on Jetbrains platform.
Anastasia Kazakova says:
March 17, 2016Yes, but it’s currently still quite different products/architecture. Even though IntelliJ platform for both.
