EduTools Plugin 2021.9 Is Available

Version 2021.9 of the EduTools plugin is now out! It comes with the Leave a comment action for JetBrains Marketplace courses, as well as a number of bug fixes. Read on to learn more!

The Leave a comment action for JetBrains Marketplace courses

Your reviews give us clear guidance on what can be improved in our courses and can help other learners with their decisions on which courses to take. You can now share your thoughts and suggestions about JetBrains Marketplace courses right from your IDE while working on them! Clicking on the Leave a comment button in the Task Description menu will redirect you to the Reviews tab of the course’s page on JetBrains Marketplace.

Notable bug fixes

• EDU-4564: Fixed the problem causing submissions not to be sent to JetBrains Academy after Edu code challenges were checked locally.
• EDU-4507: Fixed the Marketplace authorization error.
• EDU-4575: Fixed the issue that allowed multiple solution checking processes to be run simultaneously.

You can install the EduTools plugin or update to the latest version of it right from Settings (Preferences for macOS) | Plugins in IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, WebStorm, Android Studio, CLion, or GoLand.

We’ve released the 2021.2.1 versions of PyCharm Edu and IntelliJ IDEA Edu, which include the latest fixes for PyСharm and IntelliJ IDEA and the latest EduTools plugin updates in v2021.9. Download the builds from our website or use the Toolbox App. You can also use a snap package on Ubuntu.
