Webinar: What’s New in GoLand 2021.2
GoLand 2021.2 will soon be released, and as tradition has it we have organized for you a webinar to discuss upcoming changes and take a look at them together in action.
What have we included in this release? New features for Go modules, a new option for formatting, support for Go 1.17 features, new quick-fixes, and the ability to sign commits with GPG keys.
GoLand is more than just an IDE for Go! On top of features for Go, you get new capabilities for JavaScript, TypeScript, and databases. For example, this release adds automatic page reloading in the browsers when code is saved, and completion for MongoDB fields and operators is coming too!
Reserve your seat at the What’s New in GoLand 2021.2 webinar with Florin Pățan on August 12 at 4 pm (CEST).
We’ll cover:
- The new Go-specific features, such as the new Go 1.17 slice-to-array-pointer conversion.
- Web development improvements, like the new React refactorings and improved support for JavaScript frameworks.
- Version control support, which now lets you sign commits with your GPG key.
- Docker support, including pause/resume/restart of containers and several Docker Compose inspections.
- More changes, including support for running actions on save, new built-in Terminal options, and improvements to Scratch files.
Code With Me, our collaboration tool, has received some significant upgrades too, along with our UI.
If you want to ask any questions about GoLand or influence the direction the IDE is going, you’ll be able to do so live in this webinar.
