IntelliJ IDEA 2020.2 EAP may display an unexpected message in the settings about paid versions of JetBrains plugins like Python, PHP, and Ruby:

This is the result of some technical changes in license verification for our products and plugins. Please rest assured that IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate will continue supporting plugins for Python and other languages without extra charge.
