PhpStorm & WebStorm 2.0 EAP build 103.78 is available. This build gets a Release Candidate status. Only critical fixes are in, most important:
- declare(encoding..) vs namespace syntax checks
- getter and setter generation vs type annotations
- option to ignore debugger connections from unknown hosts
- Symfony 2 commandline tool support
..plus various reported exception fixes and a couple of performance improvements. You can get all the details in the changelog
