Sorry for inconvenience, it’s there now.

  • chocochaos

I was hoping for the fix for to be included, but I guess that’s coming in a later bugfix release?

    • Maxim Kolmakov

The fix is in 142 branch and currently we publish from 141.
Unfortunately, I can’t say whether the fix will be available in 9.x.x version or only in 10 EAP.

    That was quick 😉

What happened to the MacOS font rendering? (I am still using JRE 1.6)

    • Maxim Kolmakov

Could you please elaborate what do you mean?

      • Ralf Kraus

The fonts looks like rendert with JRE 1.7 / 1.8 (subpixel anti-aliasing isn’t working) but I am using JDK 1.6 (apple) that shouldnt have this problem

        • Ralf Kraus

picture left is 9.0 release and right is EAP 9.0.1

          • Maxim Kolmakov

Please make sure that you’re running under JDK6 (PhpStorm->About).

          • Ralf Kraus

As I said: “both MacOS JDK 1.6” (I checked the same way You suggested)

  • yehosef

Where can I see the status of issues with oracle JRE 1.8?

What is this new thing (yellow bar) and how to remove it?

Really annoying, i would like to save directly on remote project, now i have to hit upload once again after save :S

    • Nicolas Bailly

That happens when you’re editing a file directly on the server as opposed to on a local project that is deployed on the server. So the yellow bar is not really new because editing remote files directly is something you could not do AT ALL before 9.0.

as far as I know you can’t remove this bar and automatically upload remote files though, which is a bit annoying, but I guess the idea is that you should only use this feature very occasionnally (if you have to edit several files many times, you should properly set up a project and deployment, like you did in 8.0)

      • BlackBekesh

Well in that case, this feature is really awesome. Thank you for explaining.

Why my IDE do not find this update (I have set EAP in Updates), I have 141.1912.
(I tried disable auto-update and check again manually but with same result)
