Are you seriously ignoring this bug ?

  • Josh Miller

Update came through automatically, and the release appears to be working great. Thanks guys! Toolbox for the win. Love the constant updates.

  • Alexander Oak

When I check for updates it links me here… MUST I have the toolbox for automatic updates? I’d rather not install YET ANOTHER APP on my computer JUST to update another app. See how stupid that sounds lol.

  • Yohan M

I have the toolbox, but it doesn’t display the update (and when I click on the top right gear and go “Check for updates” it doesn’t find any). When I open PHPStorm it does give me the popup to update though, but ask me to come here instead of updating automatically…

    • Yohan M

I reinstalled PHPStorm using the Toolbox app, we’ll see on the next update if it works, I can’t remember if it was installed independently before having the toolbox app or not, that may have been the source of the problem

You’ve probably missed one of the updates (e.g. 2018.1.3) – that’s why you were redirected to this blog. Did you have PhpStorm installed prior Toolbox? Or you’ve installed it via Toolbox?

  • Steen rabol

Why can I not get automatic update… Guys, this is 2018!!

    • Dmitry Tronin

What version are you currently running (Help > About)? Do you have a standalone IDE installation or it was installed via Toolbox?

  • yaxin

Do you have any plan to support wsl?
