    Yay for namespaces!

Super stoked for this. Thanks for considering native mercurial support!

  • Emmanuel Okorie

I am so definitely looking forward to this… Bring it on!!!

Looks awesome! Downloading 45-day trial tonight. Does the “any framework” support mechanism only apply to server languages, or to any framework, such as Javascript frameworks (i.e. ExtJS)?

  • nicity

@Jonathan This feature is about any PHP framework.
To have completion for ExtJS you need to have debug version of the library under project content roots.

Does this have more than IntelliJ in the ways of PHP features or does IntelliJ include all these PHP features as well?

  • Eugene Toporov

Ben, PHP support is equal in PhpStorm and IntelliJ IDEA in terms of features. There’s a single code base for it.

Hey, I’d like to have ant script support in PHP storm. Despite build a php application I use ant to various automation tasks. There is a free plugin for IDEA, but no such plugin for PhpStorm, which is sad.

Can anyone please port the plugin to PhpStrom. Or if there instruction for manual installation of a plugin to PhpStrom. I really need support for ant build files.

Zend framework & Zend debugger support is nice!!!

  • Kurt Ward

I would also like to see Ant in PHPStorm. Currently I am using Eclipse for PHP development and it’s Ant support, but I do not like the IDE one bit.

  • David Havard

I also vote for ant support – have all my projects automatically building with this and it is critical part of eclipse – alas I find eclispe just way too slow and would love to move to phpstorm. Will look at scripting it for now while I demo ide.
