November 29, 2012Hi, I might be blind, but where excactly can i set Time Tracking per user with Youtrack 4.1?
We’ve installed the new version and enabled Time Tracking for our project. But only those with the role Administrator gets the extra tab on an issue where they can insert time spent.
Where and how can I make the users with the role Developer also get this opportunity?

December 6, 2012Hi Kathinka,
You need to enable Read/Update Work Item permissions for the Developer role from Administration->Roles->Developer->Advanced Permissions.
Please let us know if you have more questions.

December 7, 2012Does YouTrack interact with Intellij Idea and GIT? Would you recommend it for single Developer? Or is it only useful for Teams?

December 17, 2012Hi Marcus,
For more details about interaction between YouTrack and IDEA, take a look at this doc page: http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/YTD4/Integration+with+IntelliJ+IDEA
Valerie Andrianova says:
December 7, 2012Hi Marcus,
Yes, there is an integration with IntelliJ IDEA and yes, we support GIT integration via TeamCity.
Mainly, YouTrack is a team collaboration tool, but it depends on your use case, it might be perfectly used as a personal tracker, especially with the Agile board.
