Unfortunately, some of our cloud servers have experienced problems with auto-restart, making the service temporarily unavailable. This occurred last Saturday, July 11th. All instances should now be up and running normally; if you’re still experiencing any problems, please contact us.
We are looking into what may have caused this problem and will share our findings with you ASAP.
