Changes in InCloud Maintenance Schedule
To ensure the most comfortable technical downtime for all our customers, we’ve decided to split the maintenance times of our InCloud servers according to their location (EU or US).
We’ve analyzed your weekly activity on our InCloud servers and found an optimal interval with the lowest activity. The maintenance schedule will change to the following:
EU Servers: Sunday, 11 pm — Monday, 1 am CET
US Servers: Monday, 1 am — Monday, 3 am EST
The new schedule will be effective as of next Monday, December 28, 2015. Please keep an eye on our Maintenance Calendar for the details. Don’t forget to check our Service Status page if you experience any problems with your instance availability.
