Posted on by Maksim Sobolevskiy

Hi,

In the run-up to the 2020.1 release, which is scheduled for next week, here is a Release Candidate.

What’s new in this RC

The Import file action is now available:

– In the context menu of the CSV file, and
– In the context menu of the editor when a CSV file is opened.

The text data viewer uses the color of the data source.

Hello, where was the export to Excel that was in DataGrip 2020.1 EAP 2

Press Dump to File and choose Export to Excel

This seems to hang when upgrading from previous EAP.
Don’t have much more details right now except that it generates a lot of JetBrains/DataGrip2020.1/log/threadDumps-freezeXXX files all containing “waiting on condition” for various parts… downgrading to latest EAP makes it work fine again.

Can you please archive these thread dumps and send them to datagrip@jetbrains.com?

Were I can dump data to single file in new interface? Right now I can dump database to file per table.

      Several tabes into one file?
      It is not clear.
