IntelliJ IDEA 2018.2.3 EAP is here!

Today we are ready to start IntelliJ IDEA 2018.2.3 EAP. You can grab it from either the confluence website or ToolBox App.

This update brings improvements for the VCS support. Now the built-in SSH doesn’t fail when Git protocol version 2 is enabled.

We also fixed a couple of regressions related to Mercurial support. First of all, operations with remote repositories (push&pull) are now working again in Mercurial. Also, the Compare with local option works for HG repositories.

This update also comes with a couple of fixes to the Docker support. The IDE now validates Command line options and reports unknown options.

Another fix in the Docker support is that the volume mounting now works on Windows using Linux containers.

Happy Developing!
