YouTrack Evaluation Notice
Some of you may have requested a YouTrack evaluation license by filling out this form.
As it turned out today, using the form yielded licenses for Professional Edition instead of Enterprise Edition.
It meant some of you wouldn’t be able to import from JIRA unless your JIRA installation contained no more than 20 users and 10 projects.
We’ve fixed the evaluation form today in order to generate Enterprise Edition licenses, so if you’re experiencing license restrictions when importing from JIRA or performing other operations, you can do one of the following to get an Enterprise Edition evaluation license:
- Contact sales at jetbrains.com to request another evaluation license (that is, Enterprise Edition license) to the same e-mail.
- Fill out the form once again but specify another e-mail address.
We’ll enable users to explicitly choose an edition which they want to evaluate shortly.
