Gartner Digital Markets Ranks YouTrack Among the Top Software Tools in Its Category
As the year draws to an end, we’ve received some good news about the yearly ranking of issue tracking tools from Gartner Digital Markets.
YouTrack is one of 2020’s top 10 category leaders in Bug Tracking Software according to GetApp, as well as one of the top bug-tracking products in Software Advice’s FrontRunners report.
Each year, GetApp ranks the leading business apps in the most popular software categories. YouTrack made it into the top 10 with a score of 87 out of 100 points.
Here’s how YouTrack scored in the five key areas of evaluation:
- Value for money – 20 points out of 20
- Ease of use – 16 / 20
- Functionality – 18 / 20
- Customer support – 17 / 20
- Likelihood of being recommended – 16 / 20

We’re honored to learn that YouTrack has been named among the top bug-tracking products with an overall score of 4.4 out of 5:
